LEASE SIGNING: Blink Fitness in Philadelphia, PA

GARDEN CITY, NY (Jan. 23, 2017) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long term lease with Blink Fitness at Whitman Plaza in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Blink Fitness will occupy approximately 14,000 Square Feet of the shopping center, in a space formerly occupied by Club Metro USA.

Blink Fitness is a budget-friendly gym owned by Equinox Fitness, with over 50 locations in the northeastern United States.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.
