BRESLIN REALTY ANNOUNCES LONG TERM LEASE RENEWAL OF NORTHLAND HEARING AT WILLOW WOOD SHOPPES

GARDEN CITY, NY (May 4, 2017) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the recent long term lease renewal of Northland Hearing Centers in Willow Wood Shoppes, at 1181 Wantagh Ave, Wantagh, New York.

Northland Hearing Centers, which also operates under the name Ascent Audiology & Hearing Center, provides a suite of audiological services including prevention, diagnostic care, hearing aids, counseling and personalized aftercare. Ascent Audiology has been open at this location since 2011.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the tenant by Russ Lico and Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.
