GARDEN CITY, NY (September 2, 2025) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long-term lease with D1 Training at the Franklin Plaza shopping center in Franklin Square, NY.

D1 Training will be occupying approximately 4,500 square feet in the Franklin Plaza shopping center at 178 New Hyde Park Road.

D1 Training is a membership-based athletic training facility that delivers Division I–inspired workouts through its proprietary 5-Star Training Program. Their sessions follow a structured format—dynamic warm-up, performance, strength, core and conditioning, and cooldown—designed for measurable results. Serving youth, adult, and professional athletes, D1 offers age-appropriate programs, specialized equipment, and expert coaching in one-on-one, small-group, and team settings, all supported by a national training panel and rotating eight-week cycles.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.
