LEASE SIGNING: Suly’s Smoothies at Tiana Plaza in Hampton Bays, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (Nov 3, 2017) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long term lease with Suly’s Smoothies Cafe at 252 W Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, New York.

Suly’s Smoothies will be occupying 2,760 square feet next to a new proposed Domino’s Pizza in the Tiana Plaza shopping center.

Suly’s Smoothies is a healthy café offering farm fresh organic smoothies and other gourmet items such as acai bowls, cold pressed juices, and snack meals made to order.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.

Additional Tiana Plaza retail includes Wild by Nature, Dollar Tree, Planet Fitness, HSBC, Ming Garden Chinese Food, Hampton Bays Bagels, and Cork N’ Jug Wines & Liquors.
