Breslin Realty Development Corp., Announces Groundbreaking for Lowes Home Improvement Shopping Center in Yorktown

Yorktown Heights, NY – It’s been a long nine year journey for Wilbur Breslin and his company, Breslin Realty Development Corp, but his vision for Yorktown is finally coming to fruition.

On October 19^th 2017 at 1 PM, The Lowes groundbreaking ceremony will be held at the site, located at 3200 Crompond Road, northwest of the intersection of Route 202 and the Taconic Parkway.

“It’s required a lot of patience, as do all my projects, but it’s been worth the wait for the residents of the region to have a great home improvement store on the property that has become an eye sore for many years,” said Wilbur Breslin, CEO of Breslin Realty Development Corp. headquartered in Garden City New York.

The 124,000 square foot store which will be located on a 24 acres parcel, will also be home to 3 pad building retailers, and is scheduled to be completed by November 2018.

Dignitaries who will be participating in the event include State Senator Terrence Murphy, Yorktown Town Supervisor Michael Grace, Westchester County Executive Robert Astorino, Yorktown Board members and many others.
